« An absolutely beautiful cottage with everything you could possibly need (plus a little more) for a very comfortable stay. Great location and very quiet. »

« Beware!!After our 9 hour drive we were looking forward to arriving at this cozy cottage we booked. On arrival it turns out that this 'cozy 'cottage is stone cold and damp and that the second bed hasn't been made and there are no extra sheets or towels to be found to make it with either. Absolutely nothing is welcoming or cozy. I should have read the reviews better as the 'kitchen' is a bench with a microwave and electric kettle and the only water is in the bathroom faucet. No way to cook...

« Absolutely fantastic place to stay - wonderful, warm, cozy, spotless and also great location! Looking forward to returning. »

« Cute cottage. »

« I had to contact Donna about our booking in to the property. This property does not have a kitchen sink, it does have a small refrigerator, when we arrived the kettle was full of black ants, so we always left any water on the table or the top of the chest of drawers. we had a plastic dish to wash up in from water we got from the bathroom sink, only cooking was a microwave and toaster, the bbq on the verandah was not clean at all so we didn't use it. There is not a laundry or places to do...

« A wonderful cozy winter retreat after some long cold days at the State Scent Work Trial.Enclosed back yard perfect for the dogs and they were very happy they could come inside. The log fire was wonderful. Comfortable beds with electric blankets. Breakfast was amazing and the red wine a perfect finish to our days.Highly recommend staying here. I will be back. »

« It was absolutely amazing »

« We had a 5-night stay at the cottage, which is set up more as a studio apartment. The setting is beautiful and it has everything you'd expect from a cosy cottage — beautifully presented. I think this place is ideal for short summer stays where you'd eat out most of the time — but we stayed longer, in winter, and that's where things fell short. There is no heating except for a small electric heater in the bedroom — 15C is as warm as you can get it, so take warm clothes.I was disappointed with the...

« What fantastic getaway venue for my mother and I. Cindy was amazing and very helpful. I hope everyone enjoys their stay as much as we did. »

« We had a wonderful stay at this charming beautifully decorated cottage with a fabulous view across the valley. The cottage was spacious, comfortable and warm with great heating, including underfloor heating in the bathroom. We loved watching the sheep and picking pomegranate which accommodating and friendly hosts John and Julie kindly shared. We would love to stay again when we visit Adelaide hills. Many thanks Julie and John. »

« Lovely cottage, breakfast supplied was fantastic, wood fire was brilliant lovely and quietHost was great and answered my questions quicklyOnly the weather was miserable but that’s mother nature »

« Great place, really thoughtfully appointed and close to everything. Loved staying and would do so again »

« The cottage was very well appointed and maintained. Our stay was very comfortable and we loved the fireplace. The kitchen was well equipped if we had needed to use for cooking. Only 5 minutes from the centre of Hahndorf but felt like we were miles away from anyone. »

« Was great »

« Family friendly, great location. »

« Our visit was amazing. The provided breakfast was spectacular and host is very kind and helpful. Our pups loved it too, they were really curious about Audrey the Alpaca and after a few barks loved her. The cottage is very well maintained and clean too. We will definitely be returning. »
