« Nature at its best..Saw so many kangaroos (mostly kids) playing near our cottage in the grapevines and enjoyed ravishing sunset from the property.
Absolutely quiet and peaceful with almost no disturbance. Can’t expect any better. »

« Fabulous property inside and out. Two incredible king bedrooms with their own bathrooms (one ensuite and one next to and off the lounge). Lovely kitchen, big tv and comfy lounge and parking for two cars.
Is on a busy road but quiet post 10 pm and this is reflected in the pricing.
Spotlessly clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay.
The washing machine is a washer/dryer so factor that in if on a long trip and needing to do laundry. »

« Better signage would be good, maybe a dish drainer for after washing dishes,we had a little trouble navigating tv channels but not life threatening otherwise a quite cosy stay »

« We enjoyed our four night stay at Ashton retreat. We found it a welcoming place to relax and enjoy the established extensive gardens around the retreat.The little touches made it special-a full fruit bowl, fresh milk , a variety of breakfast cereals, fresh coffees and a variety of teas etc.
Kate and Andy were very welcoming - - thank you for the delicious homemade berry jam and fresh homegrown rhubarb.
We are looking forward to returning in the near future. »
