« We spent two days relaxing at this property and it was one of the cleanest properties I have stayed at.So much thought has been put into making your stay comfortable and the quiet of the countryside is perfect.Whilst it is a bit of a drive from Adelaide, Burra is only 30 mins away and the historical value is one of the highlights.The property itself has some amazing history with big beautiful rooms and comfortable beds. Will be back. »

« Loved Cartapo Cottage. Proper quiet, surrounded by gums, galahs, and open land. The night sky was unreal — completely dark and full of stars.Clean, comfortable, and everything was easy. Chloe & Oliver were genuinely warm and welcoming too. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful escape! »

« The room was absolutely wonderful and was very clean. It listed having kitchen facilities or having a kitchen. I would not call it a kitchen. Even a kitchenette is an exaggeration. They had a hot plate with a toaster oven under it and you could only use one or the other. The room was freezing and there was no heating in it. It was also communal other than that the setting is wonderful. »

« Great elevated rural location close to town.Very peaceful Shower head in second bathroom needs replacing/ cleaned. Shower curtain in second bathroom needs to be longer as water goes all over the floor beyond the shower.Great welcome pack of bread, egggs, bacon, butter, jams, sauces & a bottle of wine.
