« Positives: the location is excellent and split kevel space is nice. Washer and drying is also a bonus. Negative: The bed sheets had marks on them, one blind was broken, the bathroom was dated and sink had cracks in and the kitchen was poorly equpped. I wouldnt recommend it for the price, im sure there are nicer places in the same area. »

« Centrally located surrounded by good coffee and food places. For the money spent it failed in various areas. For the length of time being there, no cleaning service offered unless paid for as an additional cost. Linen, we had to change ourselves due to no service. Cutlery and plates, 2 of everything only provided. Not sure why a dishwasher is there as it all had to be washed every day. Very noisey at times and early mornings »

Die EingangstĂŒr ließ sich nicht abschließen, die TĂŒr der Dusche war kaputt.Die Matratze vom komplett durch.Am Ende hatte ich mich mit dem Vermieter auf eine Erstattung von zwei NĂ€chten geeinigt, wo ich heute noch auf mein Geld warte. Auf E-Mails und WhatsApp Nachrichten antwortet er nicht mehr. Die Unterkunft ist absolut nicht zu empfehlen!!! »

« The rooftop pool was closed which was not disclosed in the ad and was the reason we booked this place. Only after we made the non-refundable booking were we told but then it was too late. The owner offered to refund us but couldn't do it herself so we had to keep the booking. Room was adequate and clean and sunny. Doors in the hallways were loud. 20min walk down to the beach. »

« Mixed reviews. Location great for beach, icebergs pool, shops and restaurants. Street not recognized by uber and taxi so they kept going to the main road and missing us. Apartment was clean but with caveats. The alley outside had smelly overflowing garbage cans at entrance. The alley to reach the VERY narrow and dis- repaired cracking slippery stairs had open sewers and for two days was further narrowed by stacks of tents from downstairs tenants. Those tenants did use courtyard and were friendly...
