« Good location, great view, great space. Couple of things let it down. You can see they do a clean between visitors but there is no sign of deep cleans. So much dust/stains. Seeing all that dust meant I didn’t trust the kitchen to be clean and only used it to make a cup of tea after washing the cup. It might have been clean but maybe it wasn’t. It is a bit of a shock when you walk into the property as there is low light and black walls with intense looking faces. Felt unsafe on initial approach....

« Excellent sejour, tout etait parfait ,sauf le wifi qui rame mais on va dire que ce petit coin de paradis est là pour nous faire oublier nos préoccupations quotidiennes. Endroit propre et comfortable,équipé d'une petite cuisine éloigné des restos, prévoir de quoi manger pour votre sejour. L'hôte a mis a disposition le nécessaire pour le thé et café. On le recommande vivement pour la tranquilité . »

« The apartment was perfect for our short stay in Launceston. It was right on the river for those perfect sunsets, there were great restaurants under the property, it was on the doorstep of a lovely walking track and a close walk into town. The apartment was extremely clean, had 2 very large and gorgeous bathrooms. We appreciated the choccy's on arrival. Just a hint for future users, once you have unloaded, if the carpark is full you can park for free near the silos across the river and walk over...
