« If you like wildlife away from the maddening crowd about 40 minutes from Penneshaw, this is the place.A few minutes walk to Nepean Bay and you have the place all to yourself. The host was impeccable. Yes, all the main attractions are a must see but don’t forget Cape Borda Lighthouse. Well worth a look, particularly it’s history. »

« It was great for our large family to stay together in a house that fitted us all. The house was spacious and allowed everyone to be comfortable. Being right near the beach and walking pathways just added to our stay. »

« We loved the Shak! Very spacious and clean. Great location for visiting sites on the south of KI. And we especially loved seeing all of the wallabies right outside (one night there were 10 at once, and one even had a joey). This is a special place and we highly recommend it. »

« Comfortable residence. The beach was a disappointment as it is not a swimming beach and quite rocky. Close to Penneshaw. A few small things could be done, torn flyscreen, wrong size curtains on front door but we enjoyed our stay. »
