« Good location, great view, great space. Couple of things let it down. You can see they do a clean between visitors but there is no sign of deep cleans. So much dust/stains. Seeing all that dust meant I didn’t trust the kitchen to be clean and only used it to make a cup of tea after washing the cup. It might have been clean but maybe it wasn’t. It is a bit of a shock when you walk into the property as there is low light and black walls with intense looking faces. Felt unsafe on initial approach....

« No kitchen just a microwave on a small bench in a small nook! No sink. Room is a dark box with no window to speak of, just a tiny window that you leave the blind down as another window looks straight in to yours. Small fridge with no light and an overly frozen icebox. TV doesn’t work after 1 minute it’s freezes and remote does not function. You have to turn off from the wall and on again and select your Chanel out of 3 before it freezes again,forget Netflix or YouTube. I suffer from flicker...

« The apartment was perfect for our short stay in Launceston. It was right on the river for those perfect sunsets, there were great restaurants under the property, it was on the doorstep of a lovely walking track and a close walk into town. The apartment was extremely clean, had 2 very large and gorgeous bathrooms. We appreciated the choccy's on arrival. Just a hint for future users, once you have unloaded, if the carpark is full you can park for free near the silos across the river and walk over...

« The highlight here was the beautiful view out to the bay. The house is in a great spot and it’s only a 2 min drive into the main part of town for supermarkets, restaurants, etc. The kitchen had basic equipment but some bigger pots/pans would have been nice. Unfortunately the house interior was a bit outdated and while it had been superficially cleaned, it was not thoroughly clean (eg cobwebs in corners, dust and dirt in corners and down the sides of furniture and the fridge, mould along the...
