« We were delayed on check-in day, arriving at the accomodation just before 7pm. As this is my first time booking a 2 1 accomodation, I omit to mention to Becky that we need the day bed made up, as well as towels for the 3rd occupant. Becky was kind enough to assist despite it being really late, and we were very grateful about that. There is also no wi-fi, a conscious decision to allow travellers to enjoy the beautiful town and its surrounds - we thoroughly loved Goolwa Barrage (seal sightings);...

« Wonderful place to stay. Even better than the photos. Wake up listening to the crash of the waves at the beach. My son absolutely adored watching the Cockle Train going past several times a day (and he had to ride it on more than one occasion). Kitchen and bathroom areas were clean and the backyard was secure for our child and dogs. »

« The house presented well - the kitchen well equipped - overall decor was lovely. Unfortunately there was a musty smell in the front bedroom combined with many scented candles was overwhelming. For the high cost of cleaning it looked as though it had had a 'quick' check over. The bath area was full of leaves which had attracted a few cockroaches but, given it is outside, I over looked this. « We had a lovely stay at this charming cottage — it was comfortable, cosy and full of character. The place is quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxing, though you do get the gentle background soundtrack of corellas calling, which somehow adds to the charm.The air conditioning and ceiling fans kept the cottage cool and pleasant - and we were there during some very hot weather!. "Dans un cottage « familial », fĂ©licitations au photographe pour les photos magnifiques du site internet ! Le logement est vĂ©tuste, pour le chauffage c’est soit tĂ©lĂ© soit radiateur car il n’y a qu’une prise. Les murs sont fissurĂ©s, cela sent le renfermĂ©, l’ameublement est d’un autre siĂšcle 
 seuls les lits sont corrects. Les salles de bain sont Ă  partager avec araignĂ©es et souris ! La taverne conseillĂ©e Ă  proximitĂ©, comme seul restaurant, est en rĂ©alitĂ© un tripot plein de parieurs alcoolisĂ©s
 Ă  Ă©viter ! Pas de chance non plus avec les machines de l’hĂ©bergement promises sur le site comme dĂ©livrant des plats surgelĂ©s
elle est probablement en panne depuis des annĂ©es !"
