There was a recent ownership transition and check in was through a phone call. We booked another unit originally with welcome gift and that was changed and we only found out after checking in. The new owner called and apologised and promised some compensation but never heard again. There was no instruction on WiFi...

Basic amenities but could do with a couple of extra utensils in the kitchen area (additional bread and butter knife, there was only one and steak knives aren’t the best for spreading, a pot that fits fits the steamer).
