« Quick and easy check in. Warm welcome on arrival. Well looked after and maintained property. Courtyard that is inviting ( would be great pla e to sit with a cuppa and a book). Off street parking available as well as onsite. Rooms are spacious, clean and tidy. »

« Tout commence par un sourire a l'accueil et l'envie de vous faire sentir comme chez vous, l'équipe de baxley a été Super avec moi pour ces différentes semaines, la décoration de l'établissement et magnifique et inégalé dans bondi, ça a été un choix a l'aveugle pour moi et une grande surprise a mon arrivé, le BAXLEY est au millieu de tout sa situation ma permis d'être au centres de mes intérêt sur sydney! « The property was as described. It was a good cheaper alternative. Great coffee shops and access to the city by bus. A great place to return to at the end of the day, but not the most comfortable if you want to spend a day lazing at your accomodation. »

« What a great spot!! The cottage was perfect for the two of us to regroup and recover after three weeks of intense travel in SEAsia. A short walk up and down a steep hill to the Balmain East ferry whence we explored Sydney Harbor and the city center. It’s all right there and very beautiful. Angela and Russell were super hosts, very responsive. Absolutely five star. »

« I’d give a 12 if the ratings went to eleven. Really a nice place. Super attentive owners. Location is perfect for surfers, beach walkers, swimmers, nature lovers, or whatever. Bus line is short walk. Parking space for rent a car is very nice. Only “beware” is that the birds make loud noises in Australia and it’s perfect weather for open windows. « The property is close to the city and has parking however there are a number of issues with the property. The bathroom sink was getting clogged and took a long time to drain. The bathroom floor needed cleaning. There was considerable mould on the bathroom ceiling. The shower curtain is supported by rope. There was also hair in the beds. There is no check in desk as stated online, the property is down a lane directly off the street. The towels were thin and old considering the price we were...

« The property was exactly what we were looking for. It was small (not ideal for someone who is 6'2) but I (5'2) had no issues. It was in a great location, easy to access. Maryum was easy to talk to and get a hold of anytime we needed something. »

"Hôtel très bien situé avec un roof top agréable et une vue exceptionnelle sur l Opera et le pont. Bon petit déjeuner. Restaurant bon. Cependant la chambre est vétuste et la salle de bain en mauvais état , la moquette est abîmée. Attention la caution est prélevé et des difficultés pour la récupérer. "
