« Jill and Mike were great hosts. They kept us up to date with everything we needed to know about our stay.Their holiday house had fantastic views and the location was fabulous. We could just walk across the road to the nature playgroup and to cool down in the river. The lift was a big help for getting our luggage and shopping upstairs. The children loved the cinema room and the adults enjoyed some peace and quiet when they were in it! This was one of the best holiday houses we have ever stayed in...

We found food on the floors, unclean dishes stored in cupboard, a used tea towel, and food residue in the microwave, along with copious amounts of dust and dirt throughout the home. These concerns were reported immediately to Harris Real Estate (the property manager) and while a representative attended, the follow up clean was minimal and did not adequately address the issues, floors remained...
