« PLEASE ADVISE BEFORE BOOKING Unfortunately, our stay was not a good experience. When we arrived, the entire building felt extremely hot and stuffy. The AC unit in our room was turned completely off, and with 90-degree weather outside, the room was unbearable. It took about three hours before it finally cooled down enough to be comfortable. « The property is dated and not well maintained. As soon we walked in their was a musty/mildew smell. That smell followed throughout the entire hotel. Check-in was longer than expected, the front desk person was distracted and forgetful. The room was tidy but cleanliness was not great. Mold in the shower, dust everywhere and of course the musty/mildew smell. « Room was basic but extremely clean. Parking was good. The hotel sign was a bit hard to see but no fault of the hotel itself. Overall a really decent place to stay. »

« On a positive note, the property is clean and well looked after.However, the breakfast area was full of noisy fans and had limited seating due to a recent water leak. The bar was not open due to staffing and the hotel had few amenities. Breakfast menu was very limited and affected by the leak in the ceiling. Staff were somewhat helpful, but didn’t offer a welcoming vibe. Rooms were dated and not very functional. »

« My stay was great here. When I arrived I was given a connecting room next to the elevator, I went to the front desk to see if I can get a more private room and it was handled with no problem. Jay at the front desk was great! The pool was clean and the maintenance women didn’t have a problem giving me anything that I needed. The hotel is near very busy roads which was convenient for food etc. It was also a 25 minute drive from the IAH airport. I’m definitely going back. »
