« Mein Mann und ich sind mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln angereist. Das war möglich, aber langwierig. Es fährt ein Bus nach Ballycotton, aber nur zweimal am Tag. Da der Ort kein Lebensmittelgeschäft hat, ist es mühsam einzukaufen. Entweder man fährt in die nächste Stadt Midleton und kann aber erst nach 5 Stunden zurück oder man läuft zu einer 4 km weit entfernten Tankstelle über Straße mit regem Autoverkehr.
