The holiday home consists of a living/dining room with a cosy stone fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (2 with 2 single beds) as well as one bathroom and a half-bath. The property can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine and satellite television. On the spacious lawn and terrace, there is a variety of activities for the whole family: from the swing set to the relaxing lounge area to the garden with fragrant lemon trees. On warm afternoons, sunbathe beneath the Spanish sun and refresh yourself in the cool water of the pool. Prepare delicious meals on your barbecue and enjoy a glass of wine on the large terrace as the sun sets. A great variety of shops, restaurants, cafes and bars are located in the centre of Conil de la Frontera, which is about 6 km or a 9-minute drive away. The sandy shores of the popular beach Playa Fuente del Gallo is about 7 km or an 11-minute drive from the property. Here you can relax on the sand and breathe in the fresh, sea air.



Parking spaces are available on the property. Pets are allowed. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. An additional bed can provided upon request. If discussed in advance with the homeowner, the property can also be rented for events.
