Las Golondrinas is a cosy and comfortable holiday home for 6 people with a private pool in the Fuente del Gallo residential area just a few minutes' walk from the beach.

The 800 square metre property is divided into 3 areas. These are the entrance area with parking on the property, the spacious pool area with its 10×4 metre private swimming pool and an outdoor shower room, and the slightly sloping garden area surrounded by a lawn.

There is a veranda with a large dining table and plenty of seating for cosy al fresco dining. A brick barbecue is available for barbecue fans.

The house is 125 square metres in size and has a very spacious living room with 2 comfortable sofas, armchairs, chairs and a 40-inch Smart TV. The very well-equipped kitchen with electric oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine is separated from the living room by a counter.

There are 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom with 150×190 cm double bed has its own en suite shower room. The other two bedrooms, each with two 90×200 cm single beds, share the second shower room. All bedrooms are equipped with fitted wardrobes.

Air conditioning is installed in the living room and in all bedrooms and ensures pleasant temperatures in both summer and winter.

WLAN works in the case of Las Golondrinas via fibre optic technology.

There is a small supermarket in Fuente del Gallo for the essentials, but it only opens in the warmer months of the year. There are some really good restaurants within walking distance.
