« Lovely old country house. Friendly staff. Tasty evening meal and excellent choice for breakfast. Lots of gluten free options. Huge comfortable room with seating area and nice views. Peaceful location with easy access to the main road. Dog friendly. Nicely maintained grounds with lots of seating. Our third visit and never disappoints. »

« Nice quiet tranquil location, wonderful characterful property. A nice surprise to find a fully decorated Christmas tree up in the front room upon arrival! Contact with the host Jeanette very easy through text. Enjoyed the log burner on the winter evenings. Already thinking about a return trip next Christmas! »

« The hosts are helpful and friendly. The room was very comfortable, with a great view, and a private bathroom close by. There was a kettle in the room, with tea, coffee, fresh milk and drinking water. The dining room is quite grand, with another excellent view. We could help ourselves to fruit, juice and yogurt, the bread had just been made, and the cooked part of the breakfast was also excellent. Parking is next to the house, well away from the road. We will be back if we stay in the area again. »
