« We had a fantastic stay at Rosthwaite Farm. The Milk Shed was clean, well stocked and comfortable. The King sized be and linen were excellent. Great place for a few days to unwind from city life. It was close to all the local country towns as well. The scenery at the farm is beautiful and interacting with the horses special. Highly recommend it. »

« Fabulous place. Not too far from home but felt like we were in the middle of nowhere. Perfect for a quiet weekend away surrounded by nature, so many animals and stars. »

« There is a small enclosed yard, but it is not attached to the house. Dog had to be on a lead to get to the yard, which was challenging at night. there are many other dogs on the property and although contained, they barked a lot at night. The space did not feel private as there are many other dwellings on the property. Would suit a small dog ok, but not our dog of working breed. »

« We got there in the middle of winter so it was very cold, and the weather was terrible. However, when the sun came out it improved. The fire heaters are a bit inadequate for heating in the dead o winter but should be suitable for the rest of the year. Otherwise, it was clean and reasonably well equipped. Plenty of hot water for showers and cooking. »

« A great place to go off grid and enjoy the views, walks and just relaxing. Cody was a great host. The accomodation was very nice and we are planning on coming back »
