« This is a great little place to rent; it seemed like everything we needed was less than 10mins away - supermarkets, Sovereign Hill and The Wildlife Park. The bedrooms felt big, the living area is a little small, but we weren’t needing to use it much. I loved that it had a bath, and the necessities: good toilet paper and the kitchen was well stocked. There’s not much to fault about the property itself; maybe the shower head/pressure, probably wouldn’t be good for hair washing. And the only...

« Large, clean and comfortable room with good facilities. Nice balcony to look out over the golf course, where we had wine & nibbles and when the golfers had left, the rabbits and kangaroos came out. We had dinner downstairs in the RACV restaurant one night and dinner in Creswick. Lovely town. Great weekend »

« Lovely unit in a beautiful street. Lake Wendouree a short walk away. Little extras are provided with the unit which makes it feel a little more special and that some thought has gone into making it a great experience. »

« Close to central Ballarat, with a short stroll to the station, & close to restaurants & cafes. In the charming part of Lydiard Street North’s heritage homes. A minor issue in the bathroom, with water running continuously in the cistern, needs some attention. »

« Positives- Clean, spacious, older building, easy selfcheckin, perfectly placed short stroll to train station and main road/eateries, plenty of milk for cuppas. Negatives - thin walls and floors so can hear adjacent people, television could not pick up signal at all, secondary wotif messaging service did not work, there's a cutoff timer for the spa so you can't use it after 8pm. »
