« The host has claimed wrongly charged my credit card of 320 where it’s not our fault. They claimed money saying we did some damage but could not send any proof, but still charged the card for money. »

« We were down for a seminar in Penrith and suited our needs. However the washing machine appears to have some black residue in it possibly mould, en-suite toilet seat loose and upstairs air conditioner didn’t work in the master bedroom and the bedroom next to the master bedroom if it did we weren’t given any instructions. Check in was easy and would still recommend this place »

« Whole of house was very clean. 3 good sized bedrooms with comfortable beds. Very quiet and upmarket area. If anything could be improved I would suggest providing a second entrance key. »
