« The property was a bit tired, clean and fine. The bed was very uncomfortable for me and my wife so we didn't quite get the full R&R we'd hoped for. I'm guessing the bed is quite old, it was saggy on each side with a raised section in the middle which is typical for old beds, so not easy to get a good night's sleep - and that is in the top couple of things we are after in accommodation. Spa tub was hot, everything easy otherwise, though I did feel like no-one checked the freezer seeing as there...

« No communication with host. Not a place to be without a car. Walking uphil on roads without sidewalks not safe after dark. No place to sit outside. 10 min from center is true when downhill without luggage. With luggage uphill a chalenge if not knowing the location. Positive: cute homely place with excellent shower and comfy king-sized bed. Close to Wombat and Convent. The electronic lock failed and we took a key instead. Very quiet place, we did not see a soul except for a lovely grey cat. »

« This was a beautiful mini retreat in a superb location. It is a rustic and quaint interior with full private amenities in a very clean and cosy space surrounded by a tranquil and gorgeous garden. A definite positive alternate to a motel. The owners Jess and Ali respected full privacy though certainly were helpful and approachable if needed. Ali's art work is to be admired. Jess's local knowledge was shared willingly . The owners focus however is on ensuring you feel uninterrupted...
