« Good location but next to busy road so probably not great for light sleepers. Property a little tired in some areas but was fine for my short stay »

« We had a lovely stay at the Gum Tree hideaway. Communications were great from start to finish making everything stress free. The cabin was perfect, well presented and with super soft bed linen. The kitchenette was kitted out with all we needed and a highlight was a good BBQ. We travelled with our dog and he liked exploring the area around the cabin. It was very peaceful with the sound of Carnaby cockatoos over head. The perfect little get away. I would happily stay again. »

« A lovely property and the owner was great to deal with. However, I had booked in a suburb 1/2 an hour away for good reason. I had a horse float and an event with the horse in South Perth. Stayz text me while I was driving and the top part of the message said ``do you mind changing to a 2x1 instead of a 3x2)'' I said ``no worries.'' « The house was the perfect location for what we needed. Everything was clean. The use of the garage was a plus. We were unable to get the wifi to work. The password provided did not work for any of our devices. My only real concern was that none of the beds had a top sheet which made sleeping for us uncomfortable, but that could just be our personal preference. »
