« Such a great studio apartment! Walking distance to everything! Quiet and comfortable! Hosts are wonderful!! »

« While the inside is exactly as expected based off the pictures, unfortunately the outside needs quite a bit of work. The concrete was severely cracked and missing sections and the yard was not visually appealing. Neighbors were also very sketchy and had quite a large tent in the front yard that people kept going in and out of like folks were living there, quite odd. I would not stay in this area again. Great apartment inside so kudos there to the host. »

« My children and I had a wonderful time in Old Orchard Beach made in part by our stay at this property. The apartment was clean, quiet, and perfect for our needs. The host was incredible and super quick to respond to all of my questions. I will surely look to book this property again when I return to the area. »

« Perfectly clean. I really loved that the unit was very well equipped, you have everything you need in the kitchen and also have beach chair, stroller, beach bag and towel. Everythingwe need was there. The appartment is perfectly located, you can walk to the beach, the Lighthouse or to the little town. »

« We had a wonderful stay here. We brought our dog and she loved it too. It was quiet, clean and had all the amenities we needed. We were able to walk to the beach, pier, restaurants and shops. Steve answered my questions prior to booking and was available during the stay if I had more. This was a great experience. »

« The house was nice and in a good location with plenty of parking. Only one thing I can think of to consider if you’re thinking of staying- The 3rd bedroom that advertised 2 twin beds was a really small room with one twin bed on a bed frame and the other was a twin mattress up against the wall. There was a cot frame for that mattress and the mattress was comfortable but if it was also down and set up no one could really get out of the beds without stepping on the other mattress.
