« Well appointed casita with beautiful, quiet and private outdoor space. Watching the red rocks turn colors at sunset was special, as were the skies with an abundance of stars. The owner was very responsive, answering questions promptly. Great location away from the congestion of downtown Sedona. Nearby golf courses were a plus. »

« Everything was wonderful. There were games to play, and a basketball hoop, playground, and outdoor fireplace. »

« Our host communicated very well throughout the trip. There was a snafu during our stay where the adjoining unit was being cleaned at 10:30pm and our sleep was disturbed. I mentioned this to the host and he was very apologetic, promised to apply a discount, but then never did. When I asked about it post stay, I was ignored. Left a bad taste in my mouth, which is a shame, because I would have stayed here again. My wife and I really enjoyed this property. »

« Good for pets, liked being in the woods. It had everything we needed, but the slider door to the deck with the grill didn’t open easily or have a screen and we used it a lot. Multiple times a day so was challenging »

« The property is perfect, it looks great in all the pictures and in real life it is even more beautiful. This is by far the best short term rental we have stayed at. Terry’s communications are top tear, she goes out of her way to accommodate our time line. We will be coming back for sure and recommending it to all our friends and family.
