« Really beautiful listing, it’s almost like the pictures don’t do it justice. From every window you have a beautiful view of Sedona! As for the house, extremely clean (we visited in August), very well taken care. The owner does have two rental on the house - we were confused when we arrived but I called and they explained right away. Zero noise, beautiful neighborhood, walkable to a cute wine bar with live music. My only notice was the bathroom towels are extremely small (and we are small people)...

« Clean, quiet, and cozy, perfect for solo travelers or a couple. Had everything I needed, and then some. Eclectic and creative decor, yet practical at the same time, like a boutique feel. Owners were quick to respond, and extremely kind in accommodating my request for a modified arrival, (which I didn’t wind up needing, but it was relief to have that ability. I came when it was dark, so, bring a flashlight or use your phone to navigate, it was blissfully starry and welcoming with patio lights...

« We really enjoyed the quiet safe neighborhood. It was very clean. Felt like home. Highly recommend this place. »

« This was the perfect base for all the adventures I had planned in Sedona. The host clearly laid out all details and communicated wonderfully. There were no surprises. The bed was the softest, most luxurious mattress you could find. There is a tv, which I was pleasantly surprised about. I hope to return and stay here again. It was a wonderful deal. I felt truly lucky to be so close to shops and grocery stores. You are close to Safeway and Whole Foods, which is a huge money saver. Pro tip, you are...

« The place was nice and clean. I thought the description said it had a pull-out sofa but I do not believe it did. Overall, it was a great little spot. It was a little hard to find at first, but they communicated well with us to help us find it. Thank you! »

« The property was as cute as pictured/described. We loved the attention to detail! There were charging hubs on either nightstand, as well as a noise machine on one. The decor seemed quite professional, very well done. I would be surprised if it was a DIY. We enjoyed our stay, immensely. If I had any critiques, it would be that there was only 1 microwave safe plate. I also would have liked more washable-linen covered pillows. There was only 2. « It was beautiful!! This was perfect. Your vehicle is protected beside a closed gate. You walk down the walkway and you come around the corner and there’s a cute patio, trees, running water! It was amazing!! And the stars at night……this place was awesome! If we go back to Cottonwood, we will make sure we stay here again!! »

« The place is a little hard to find, even google map doesn't kbow it exists but once you're there Bridget will do everything to make your stay as enjoyable as she can. »

"3 nuits dans cet hôtel : hébergement en sous-sol, c'est le seul bémol de notre séjour. Pour le reste, chambre spacieuse, literie confortable, cuisinette équipée, salle de bains spacieuse. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de restauration possible sur place, ni même d'épicerie."

"Nous avions réservé une chambre pour 4 adultes. À l’arrivée 1 seul lit et un canapé lit, nous n’avons pas été prévenu, sinon j’aurais réservé ailleurs. Le canapé n’était pas préparé et nous avons été obligé de faire le lit nous même. Le gars a l’accueil n’était pas très accommodant. Bref ça ne correspondait pas à la description faite sur Expedia. "
