« What a beautiful spot - quiet location but near stores and shopping in a fairly walkable neighborhood. Jaw-dropping view from our 2nd floor porch. The apartment was perfect for our needs, with plenty of linens etc and a beautiful kitchen. Unfortunately we didn't have time to take advantage of the pool or BBQ facilities »

« The most thoughtful and clean place I've ever stayed.... and that view from the back windows! Little things like daily breakfast options, coffee/sugar, ziplock baggies, condiments, chip clips, and the Red Rocks parking pass - very kind and most appreciated when traveling. Terry was a stellar host - very informative and communicative. We are sun up/sun down hikers and have stayed at lots of different places. This was a pleasant surprise, and I highly recommend. »

« perfect place to stay as a family of four! we loved the renovated pool and hot tub, the pickleball courts and how walkable it was to the grocery store. the little outdoor patio is under a nice shade tree and even in a holiday weekend, the property was peaceful and we wereoften alone at the hot tub. the condo was CLEAN, and the master bath is pretty much brand newly renovated. plenty of towels, pool towels, cleaning supplies, great covered parking space and cold A/C.we loved how close it was to...

« It’s clean and the location is great but when is the last time someone went on site? Lock was missing its cover. Fireplace didn’t work at all. Barely any towels given. It was overall really disappointing. Would not recommend it for the cost. I’d rather just get a hotel room »

« Very nice condo. I would have liked a second hair dryer in the second bathroom. Also it would have been nice to have a few extras like coffee and tea bags The tv was a very small flat screen Otherwise it was very nice and we would stay there again. »
