« The host Kelly and her husband did so much to make my surprise trip for my wife for Valentine’s so special. She went above and beyond to make sure everything on my list was there when we arrived. It was a great trip all the way around. Everywhere we went and ate the food was awesome and it was cool to see all the history in the town. This was our 36th Valentine together and she posted on Facebook it was her best one ever with pictures. We definitely. Will plan another trip. »

« Our host was not on property, but she was always readily avaliable for any questions or needs. She went out of her way to make us feel welcome with a gift basket of snacks, even doggy treats and potty bags. The rental was some what of a tiny home, but beautifully decorated and we were very comfortable, even with our two150lb fur babies.The bed was so comfortable, we got the info off of it and ordered one! It was a short stay, but we really enjoyed everything the rental offered! »

« It's very clear that our hosts put a lot of thought into each detail of this rental. It was such a lovely place to stay! Though close to the interstate, it was surprisingly quiet. We didn't even need to use the thoughtfully included white noise machines while we slept. The kitchen is very nice—and we greatly appreciated the included coffee pods. « Beautiful home great stay, BUT if accessibility/ADA are an issue please be aware ahead of your stay as I was traveling with seniors, accessibility is a mainfeature when booking. There are two large sleeping areas on the ground floor so the inside home is not an issue, but actually entering the home may be an obstacle. First, the front door near the road, is not accessible from the outside, you must drop off individuals while they wait for you to pull around, park, go up the steep staircase,...

« The host was very accommodating. While we were there, NC experienced a lot of snow and the host sent someone to clear the walk for us. The unit was very nicely decorated. The host provided many items that are needed for daily living: paper towels, dishwasher soap, etc. »
