« We stayed the week before Christmas in a lovely room with fireplace. The house exuded holiday charm and history. Breakfast is beautifully presented and excellent. Our bed was comfortable. We had chairs to relax by the fire. While the bathroom was tiny, it was functional with enough space to put toiletries plus multiple hooks and towel bars. « My daughter and I stayed at Summit Street Inn for a weekend of college touring and getting to know Winston Salem. This inn is beautiful and clean, conveniently located at the “end” of downtown. We felt safe and walked to dinner and other outings. The home is well maintained with a mix of old (original creeky floors) and new (bathrooms) and lovely gardens! We will be back! »
