After two more unanswered messages to the homeowner I reached out to VRBO customer service. They were also unable to get in touch with the host (no answer and voicemail was full). « Booked for a relaxing birthday vacation away from busy life in NY. The day of our arrival (hours before arriving) we were informed that the hot tub isn't working and won't be for at least another week. This was very disappointing because the hot tub was the only reason we booked here. We made the best of it and enjoyed the New River Gorge and it's many hikes.
