« The owner went above and beyond to make sure check in went smoothly as we were arriving late and was attentive to our needs. They had some extra toiletries available when we forgot an item in our rush to pack after work. The place was decorated nicely and very clean. I appreciated the no smoking rule because it ensured the home had no bad odors, which was an issue with our last rental. And they provided some snacks which we took with us for our drive back home.
