« Three generations of our extended family spent a wonderful Thanksgiving at this superlative property. Children loved the downstairs playroom and bunk rooms. Adults enjoyed luxurious en suite bedrooms. The cooks were pleased with the well-stocked kitchen. Thanksgiving Day featured a beautiful snowfall. « Great place to stay! Very cozy & comfortable with a creative flair to the decor. Definitely recommend for a relaxing getaway with convenient access to general store and nearby wilmington. We especially enjoyed the hot tub with lake views!! Our only recommendation would be to keep a path around the firepit down to the dock mowed/trimmed. Thank you to the owners for making the stay welcoming and enjoyable! »

« Inside property was great - house was very fun and spacious and clean . HOWEVER..the driveway clearly hadn’t been plowed for a long time when we got there and so once we pulled in our cars were stuck. We were trapped at the house for 3 days. The plow driver came to plow the neighbor and told us he hadn’t been paid by the owners so hadn’t been plowing for some time The owners finally arranged for a different plow to come but not being able to leave for 3 days really affected our ability to...

« The place was as advertised and adequate for our large group of about 18-19 people. Check in process was easy and our group enjoyed our stay. The place had a large open kitchen and a large dining area. The backyard was large for kids to play badminton and soccer. If you are looking for a quiet place for a large group in Southern Vermont, give this place a consideration. »

« Michelle made our experience super easy and memorable! Drive up a private road and a pretty steep hill (4wd a must in winter) to a secluded, beautiful house with plenty of space. Just you and nature. The house itself has all the amenities - full kitchen, sitting areas, and even a wood stove that Michelle started up before we got there. « We had a group of thirty-four people for a family vacation and had a blast. The host and the housekeeper were tremendously responsive to any small issues we had over the first few days. The kitchen was well stocked but could use more mugs for coffee/tea and additional forks for larger groups and the tea bags were past the best before date and should be replaced. Twelve bedrooms, each with their own bathroom was great. The pool, hot tubs, ping pong table, pool table, tennis court, and fire pit...

« Absolutely amazing stay. Even better than the pictures! There was a perfect amount of space for 25 people and so much to do. Only bummer was the mosquitos/may flies (not much that can be done about those) and that the pool was ultimately not heated due to weather. Otherwise, everything was as promised or better! »

"J'avais une chambre standard, très mauvaise odeur , brûlure de cigarette au sol et le chien de la chambre à côté n'arrêtait pas de japer. Je suis allé à la réception et sans hésiter, j'ai été upgrader dans un autre bâtiment . Plus grande chambre, très bon lit. Mais quand même légère présence d'odeur. La raison est simple, les tapis sont tellement vieux . Un plan de rénovation majeur doit être planifier. "

"L’accueil était parfait ; on sent un grand effort pour que notre séjour soit le plus agréable possible. Nous avons apprécié les petites terrasses en arrière, les chaises et hamac pour relaxer avec des lumières le soir, le grand bbq (que nous n’avons pas utilisé) et la table de pique-nique, les fleurs et le terrain bien entretenu. Les attentions pour le petit-dejeuner aussi…"
