« The Gate House is beautiful!Setting on a wooded gentle hillside with great views in every direction.Bright, very clean, thoughtful and cheerful. Even on a rainy day this cottage is a happy place. Accurate driving directions and easily identified if arriving after sunset. »

« Checking in was extremely easy at the home. The large yard was perfect to let our Lab run off leash. The patio area was perfect for having lunch at the picnic table outside with a fire going. Inside was spacious. 4 adults and dog had plenty of room to chat on the couch and play board games at the table. We cooked each night and the kitchen had everything we needed and more and is clearly kept up and clean. The bedrooms were separated with good privacy. »

« Location to Mount snow was great for skiing. Plenty of room for everyone to enjoy. The house has not been properly maintained though. Despite that, we did enjoy ourselves. »

« Catherine contacted me immediately that the studio I had rented was not available but that we could have the adjacent house instead. She moved heaven and earth to make sure we had a king bed ( which is what we wanted). She was very attentive and accommodating. »

« Perfect nature getaway! The small cabin has all of the essentials, great heat and water and excellent WiFi was a bonus. Location is ideal for hiking the local town forest and easy to drive into Brattleboro for local shopping. Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. »
