« This is a very clean and nice apartment within a very close drive to the Kinkaid boat launch. Easy to locate and can fit a car with a boat in tow no problem. This spot was also much more quiet than the campground or RV spots nearby. They have a great porch and a grill and we didn’t bring something for it which made me sad. »

« The rental was super cute and cozy. All of the decor made it feel very homey! We were in town for my mother in laws wedding and it was the perfect spot to stay. We will absolutely be staying there again when we visit the area. »

« We were in town for a swim meet at SIU and this was perfect. Right across the street from campus. Property was clean, and the host communicated well. Would definitely stay here again. »

« The property adequately matched the pictures from VRBO. It was a cute, secluded place to stay a couple of nights while visiting Lake of Egypt. The owner was very responsive and notified us when the property was clean so we could check in early. It’s a bit of a drive to get to the property, but the whole area is pretty rural, so this was to be expected. »

« Awesome experience! The host was amazing with communication and the place was absolutely perfect :) clean, cute, comfortable and located near plenty of things to do! Especially nature and hiking lovers. »

« The location was perfect to hit all 12 wineries on the wine trail event. We sat out on the balcony in the morning and enjoyed our coffee and breakfast. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Plenty of room to stretch out. The bourbon bar below us was perfect to unwind in at the end of the day. Communication with the owners was amazing. They made sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be back. »

« On a whim, we booked this property that is above the bourbon bar. It’s newly renovated and is beautiful! Full kitchen, gorgeous bathroom (makes me want to renovate ours at home to match), comfy couches and bed! We were able to experience the bourbon bar, do some of the wine trail, make the trek to Heron Pond, and get our favorite pizza in the world at Quatros in Carbondale. Absolutely recommend this little gem!! Owners were excellent at communicating and making recommendations. Oh yes, you...
