« The place was clean, near the Boardwalk with shops & restaurants. The tree lined neighborhood walking to the Boardwalk was nice, but in the summer with the sun baring down is better to park by the Boardwalk. It is a nine minute walk but it is better in the evening. The host was helpful and a wonderful artist, based on the artwork in the place we stayed. The walk up to the place was not bad but not for the elderly who might have issues with stairs. »

« Property was not the cleanest on arrival. Dog hair, chips on the floor and dried pee on toilet was some of what we saw. Owners were not there but until reading reviews we did not know they ‘may or may not’ be on the lower level. Door did not always lock like it was suppose to either. »

There were some difficulties in the communication process and took until the day we were checking in to get the final details on what property we were staying at and the arrival procedure. The owner did provide a different property in the same area that was larger than the original booking.
