« A delightful visit will be assured with a visit here. The proprietors are kind and informative. The breakfast was exquisite. If you are an avid B and B guest, don’t miss the chance to experience this home. »

« The property was a beautiful home overlooking the water with a sprawling lawn. The hostess Debbie greeted us at the door and couldn’t have been nicer! We had a very cozy, clean and comfy room with a view of the water. It was so peaceful. Just what we needed! It was our anniversary so off we went to Bas Rouge for dinner in Easton❤️ We returned to such a comfortable bed for an awesome nights sleep! Our dog, Sophie, was very comfy too and slept in her dog bed by the window. In the morning, Debbie...

« Unbelievable location. Good breakfast, clean spaces, and very pleasant host. We will be back. »

« This was a perfect getaway weekend! The lodge is in a remote area, which is so quiet. We enjoyed kayaking, going for a boat ride with the owner, Gary, and just walking around the village.Peggy stayed in touch with me throughout the time before our visit as well as during the visit even though she was not able to be there for the weekend. Debbie was our hostess and she was wonderful! The lodge is so unique and comfortable. »

« We loved the quietness of the B&B. Breakfast was excellent and fresh at all times. Rooms were spacious for a family of 4. Host was available at all times and very timely with his responses. We had a great stay and will definitely come again. Close to beaches and trails »

« The Inn was an excellent choice for our stay in Frankford. The location was ideal for all attractions (Beaches, Golf etc.) It is a hidden gem! A 5 ⭐️B&B. The host was very helpful. « Beautiful & scenic views, pool was refreshing, Complimentary wine was unexpected, Dwayne was helpful & breakfast was delicious & made to order by Rick! Food & fun within walking distance and just a short drive to other sites. Some basic updates & repairs needed on the property but that’s expected for the age of the house. We’ll be back! »

« Very clean, very quiet. Near many restaurants, beaches and shops. »

« We were NOT able to stay at the Phillips Inn because Travelocity screwed up the reservation. Travelocity said the res was confirmed, no need to call the property. I called day before arrival and was told they could not honor the res due to the death of the owner May 22. I made the res May 25. On June 22 Travelocity still had no idea the owner was deceased or what the property was doing. Call Travelocity Customer Service, 2 hour wait to talk to CSR. Used callback option, got call about 3 1/2...
