« I was so impressed with the space and how clean & inviting it was. It’s exactly as it looks in the photos. It felt as if I were living in NYC with the hardwood floors, exposed brick and large windows. The location was a wonderful refreshing walk from where I needed to be. I hope to get an opportunity to stay there again when I am back in Chattanooga. Thank you for the use of your beautiful home. »

« We had a wonderful stay at the property. The kitchen was very well stocked, with all the items to prepare your own meal, if desired. The location is phenomenal. It was close by to some fantastic restaurants on Main Street. We were able to walk (1.6miles) to the riverfront to watch the Ironman Race that our friend was participating in. « I had a wonderful stay at this property. It was quiet and easy to find and the directions on check in and out were clear and concise. Whenever I reached out to the owner, I received a prompt response. The room was beautifully decorated and it felt luxurious. I wish the kitchen had a toaster over or something more than just a microwave, but other than that it was perfect and I would stay there again. »

« Check in info did not get sent to me on the day of check in. I did get an answer right away when I called and they sent it right over so we could get into the premises. The air conditioner was not turned on until 10am the following day so our first night they brought fans which blew all the huge dust clumps out from under the beds. I always wipe around my dogs food bowl when she finishes eating and that revealed a floor which certainly wasn’t mopped in some time… the paper towel was black. There...

« The basement suite was perfect for a family of four with young kids (there was a small step into one of the bedrooms, but no one ever tripped). While the June weather was hot and muggy, the basement was consistently cool and comfortable. The kitchen was easy to cook in, the beds were comfortable, and the location was convenient. »

« The apartment was absolutely stunning. Perfect for a two-person getaway. My favorite feature had to be either the fully stocked kitchen, mega comfortable bed, or the magical fully tiled rain shower. While the parking was tight and unusual for us (having to park on nearby streetsides), there were plenty of restaurants within walking distance. « We had a picture perfect stay at the Bear House in the Whelan wing. We found it well stocked with amenities, an easy drive to local attractions and downtown, in a quiet neighborhood, and complete with comfortable beds, plus very clean. It checked every box I could think of. We particularly enjoyed the porch and multiple outdoor seating options. It felt homey and was much more than just a place to sleep, a lot of care has gone into this place and it shows. We even walked down to a local ice cream...
