We rented this space specifically for the privacy and two acre fenced yard. We have two big dogs that can be reactive to other dogs but do really well on road trips. Buried in the check out instructions of this listing you will find that the tiny house on this property is within the fence line and being rented...

« Home was very clean, nicely decorated, and close to Sparta and Cookeville. Plenty of room for two, and although very cold the night we arrived, the host had the home warm and toasty when we arrived, and it was welcomed. Everything you need and quiet. We had planned to leave a day earlier but after seeing the sights we wanted to explore a little more. Messaged the host through the site and she sent a form for the additional night at the price when rented. Very good communication with the host....
