« Great spot, clean, close to everything! Walking is good. We’ve stayed here before, & enjoyed.The grounds are maintained. We had a minor issue & Rosemary the host was quick to respond! »

« Birch Bay was absolutely lovely and our host was incredible! We were able to check in really easy and had a spectacular view of the bay and fireworks show. The unit had everything you could possibly need and the cabana and pool were awesome. Thank you for having us and we definitely will be booking again! »

« My boys and I stayed for a few days and had a wonderful visit. It is a great location steps from the beach and not too far from places to eat without having to drive. The view of the beach is wonderful and we had no problems while we were there. I highly recommend this condo! »

« The shower is Very small. You get bend over without heading walls. You drop bar soap you have squat down to pick it up. The rest the condo was ok. I like kitchen was spacious. I would stay it again just like have bath tub to soak in too. »

« We were upgraded to 911 and that condo was great and had everything we needed. The water view was an added bonus!!!! »
