« We stayed here for a weekend getaway. The location was perfect as we came to the Black Hills to ride the Mickelson Trail and enjoy the fall colors which were spectacular.This house is in a great location to tour through the Black Hills. Its very clean, quiet, spacious for two. We loved it and would go back again. »

« This property has a lot of deferred maintenence. It snowed before we arrived. No snow removal was ever done, even after asking the host, so we did it. Recliners didn't recline, sliding barn doors did not open properly, dishes and silverware were dirty in the drawers and cupboards from last tenants, living room fireplace was dirty including half burned garbage from last tenants. Trash has loose garbage in the dumpster from previous tenants, trim, soffit, fascia, garage roof, deck has soft...

« Photos of the property were very accurate. The interior of the house is beautiful. The kitchen is stocked with plenty of dishware and other appliances. Many extras, like a hand mixer and a blender. These are not found in most rentals. Hot tub is conveniently located out the patio door and was used often by our group. the neighborhood is a beautiful place to walk and surely a workout with all the hills. This location is close to Lead and Deadwood as well as an hour from Mt Rushmore, Crazy...

« No internet service the whole time. There was a bra hanging in one of the rooms when we got there, soap bar left in a shower. Couldn't use the ceiling fan in one room as when you turned it on, it shock so much and made loud noise. The outside when we pulled up had weeds every where surrounding the cabin and hot tub. We were not notified that the railing had dry rot and do not enter tape around part of it, as the railing was missing. Thank god we didn't have littles with us. Tried to turn...

« The tiny house was very clean and well stocked with kitchen and bath supplies. Close to the George Mickelson trail for some gravel biking, and also close to hiking trails. The hosts were very responsive and friendly. We enjoyed our stay! »

« The house was cute and clean. Just what the 3 of us needed. The hosts were great. Brought us cinnamonn rolls and banana- blueberry bread. Told us where good fishing was going to be. Visited with us and found out we knew some of the same people. Very pleasant experience. »
