« Got in late on a winter night to no heat and a heating system with no instruction that didn't seem to be functioning. Under ten degrees registered inside. Thankfully, the owner responded even at the late hour, and it turns out you have to wait 15+ minutes for the heat to even kick on. It took hours to heat up the place - pretty unacceptable in the middle of winter when you know people are arriving to the lodging that day. "But why didn't you just use the fireplace?" Well, it was out of order!...
