« Great property, well stocked with amenities, great location, close to everything in town, loved the smart tv, very warm and cosy, especially during snow season, only downside, home was infested with spiderwebs and spiders on ceilings, behind beds and furniture and even had one little guy crawl out from the sink as I was washing the dishes... »

9.2 sur 10, Merveilleux, (53 avis)
« Got in late on a winter night to no heat and a heating system with no instruction that didn't seem to be functioning. Under ten degrees registered inside. Thankfully, the owner responded even at the late hour, and it turns out you have to wait 15+ minutes for the heat to even kick on. It took hours to heat up the place - pretty unacceptable in the middle of winter when you know people are arriving to the lodging that day. "But why didn't you just use the fireplace?" Well, it was out of order!...

« Property was okay. Door handle kept falling off on one of the rooms and locked us inside the room until someone could open it from the otherside. No floor towels at all, nothing to assist with cleaning up the smelted snow in the entry room. The entry room floor was really dirty upon arrival. The agent was a struggle to contact, even days after our stay had concluded they still haven't replied to us. Aside that, the place was cosy and well located. It was pretty easy to keep warm but the...

« The house itself is beautiful, comfortable, clean, and exactly as advertised. The location and facilities were great, and I have no complaints about the property itself.Unfortunately, my experience with the host was disappointing. From the beginning, communication felt unfriendly and at times unnecessarily rude. Simple questions about firewood and parking arrangements were answered in a way that made me feel like I was causing an inconvenience rather than being a paying guest. The check-in...
