« Excellent location, clean and comfortable. We would stay again (but not in summer as it didn't appear to have A/C) . We missed having a stove and it would have been nice to have a dishwasher and washer/dryer. Would have liked a few more staples in the kitchen - like pepper. Also there were only two full size drinking glasses. These small things would be easy to fix. All in all - it was quite good and we loved how close it was to Chautauqua Park - less than a mile. »

« Lovely place, nice and clean and cute. Very comfortable. Had lots of helpful items I forgot to pack which I appreciated (like a blow dryer and shampoo) Very minor gripe we were woken early by noise from the attached home, which was unfortunate as we were hoping to sleep in uninterrupted as we were on a retreat together (away from the kids) Maybe if there was a fan running continuously to dampen any extra sounds that would help? Like I said it was minor and my husband and I agreed if we ever were...

« This is a lovely property with a wonderful attentive landlord. It does have floor to ceiling windows, great views, but not sure how small child friendly is. Location was great, too, very walkable to great restaurants, museums, and highly recommend the Denver art museum and Clyfford Still museum. Highly recommend going into nearby Union Station, too, with its ambience, old architecture, and good food choices and GREAT coffee-pastry (savory and sweet). »

« Hospitality at its finest. I was totally impressed with the level of communication and the willingness to help us make the stay was unbelievable. The home felt welcoming and cozy. The kitchen, bathroom and bedroom had everything we needed. The decor was modern and unique. The location is great! There are great restaurants, bars and nightclubs within walking distance. Coors field and Ball arena are very close as well. 10 out of 10! »

« The host were wonderful! Extremely friendly, provided a desk along with a chair for me to work while staying there! Allowed my husband and mother in law to check in early as they were getting into town from driving all night. After a 17 hour drive they were very appreciative to be able to get in and take a nap. « Very close to CSU, walking distance. Convenient to Old Town and many places to eat and drink. Overall it was very quiet but on a couple occasions you could hear the train in the early mornings. Inside was clean and it had the amenities for a short stay. The fridge was a little small but that is due to the size of the studio apartment.
