« Super convenient and comfortable. The lighting, toilet seat, and blinds are high-tech, but once we figured them out they were mostly easy to use. »

« The Larimer Square Retreat was excellent. Well furnished with very comfortable beds and huge TV. The views were great. The location was in a perfect place for walkability especially to some fabulous restaurants. Check in and out was simple and the host checked on us to assure we had all that we needed. Would highly recommend this property »

« We felt at home as soon as we walked in. We live in a rural area so were worried about noise, place was quiet and yet convenient to shopping, downtown and the rec center. Nancy promptly answered the few questions we had. We came to visit family, but wanted a space of out own, this was perfect. »

« Très bien situé cependant le tapis est très vieux, les chambres ont besoin d’être renouvelé. Les meubles , tables et chaises devront être changé. Les divans dans le salon sentait la cigarette. Il y a un grand manque des accessoires de cuisine, et serviettes. La cuisine et salle de bain sont fraîchement rénové et l’emplacement est bien situé. Je ne reprendrais pas cet établissement. »

« What an amazing place. Great views from both balconies, a fireplace, a shuffleboard, and loads of space. Kitchen was great for cooking. Overall, a 10/10 stay! »

« This is a nice, clean, and spacious property. We stayed for 3 nights. The kitchen has updated appliances. Comfy beds. If I could give “4.5 stars” I would for a few minor things. It’s hard to tell what door to go through at check-in. It’s unmarked and in the right… then you’ll find the apt door. Traffic gets noisy at about 7:30 am, so we used a sound machine. Otherwise, this is a great property, and we’d stay here again. »
