« Location was great, unit was in poor condition. Kitchen faucet leaked, walls were very dirty with scuf marks and looked like blood or buggers on bathroom door jamb. Bathroom (barndoor) wouldn't shut all the way. Bed was supper hard. Was rented to 5 bodies with only 4 sleeping spots so we had to buy a blow up mattress. »

« This apartment was clean and well maintained and the location was close to Coors Field and restaurants. Hunter was responsive and accessible for any questions. I would stay here again. »

« This condo is perfect for a small family, location could not be better. It's a smaller complex and it is quiet and feels private. Parking is easy, walkable to all shops/restaurants and CU Boulder. The condo was clean, owner's communication was easy and reliable. Beds comfortable. The lights, toilet and blinds are all on a "smart" system which can take a bit to figure out--but any issues and you context or email the host! »
