« This is a very clean but spartan dwelling. The property is currently for sale and the owners are not fixing things like missing cabinet doors or molding around the apartment. Most wall hangings have been removed. Everything that needed to work did and all of the kitchen basics were present and in good condition. Bathroom towels were clean and soft, and extra supplies of things like toilet paper easily accessible. »

« Everything was great! Location, cleanliness, amenities….overall wonderful! A couple of things…showers/baths need floor mats, the propane tanks seemed all empty, the linen closet should be more organized(we had to dig through everything to find washcloths). Our concierge was available if we had questions and response was quick. This was our first experience so we were all (7 of us) quite impressed with the home and felt comfortable and relaxed. « HOST WAS AMAZING VERY RESPONSIVE. THE HOME IS BEAUTIFUL . LEAVE AND DEBRIS COULD HAVE BEEN BLOWN AND CLEARED, GRASS MOWED AND OUTSIDE FUNITURE DUSTED. WE WERE UNABLE TO USE ANY OF THE YARD AREA DUE TO IT BEING VERY DUSTY AND LEAFY. NONE OF THE TOILETS HAD TOILET PAPER WE HAD TO RUN OUT AND GET SOME. HOST WAS VERY APOLOGETIC AND DID SENT A BOX OF TISSUES THE NEXT DAY. ALL IN ALL I WOULD STAY THERE AGAIN. THE NEIGHBORHOOD IS SO NICE LOTS OF CURB APPEAL, LOCATION IS CONVIENIENT TO RENO AND TAHOE. « This house was so well equipped! There was not a single amenity overlooked! Plush towels, plenty of blankets and pillows, coffee supplies, spices and seasonings, paper products, games, books, you name it! The decor was so much fun. It slept 4 comfortably and could have accomodated 2 more on the couches. Great location not far from UNR. »
