« Very nice property for family. Property Manager quickly responded with additional supplies, bathroom tissue, paper towels. Little skippy on towels but washer and dryer available. Check-in confusing, website for instructions were provided but no links provided on Vrbo app. Made navigation a little difficult. Overall I would stay at property again. »

« Would appreciate more info on restaurants & things to do & map of spa in the unit. The bathmat in master bath was not clean & when i pulled it up it was very wet underneath. We had issue with fireplace as flue was still closed & smelled gas. Maintenance came & need directions on this in unit »

« We had a wonderful stay at River Cottage in Sept 2025. Communication with our Guest Contact/Host was easy, informative, and pleasant. The location is ideal for walks along the Riverwalk and close to stores, coffee shops, Day Spas, and Downtown Reno. The studio interior was inviting and had everything we needed during our stay. « A perfect little place to stay while visiting my son, daughter-in-law, and my new grandson. I didn't use the kitchenette, but it was well equipped. The bathroom was adequate, but I was momentarily disappointed that the bathtub was not able to be used as such (not able to "plug"), but the shower was sufficient. The bed was very comfortable. Location for walking the Riverwalk was superb. Wonderful experience. »

« The view was breathtaking. Only complaint was shower would run out of hot water during shower. Otherwise very romantic for couples. »
