« This resort was probably a shining star in the 90s but it's pretty dilapidated nowadays and in need of updating and renovations. The price was great for an apartment in that locations and the beds were comfortable - we did enjoy our stay! One major issue I want to mention, for families with young kids, is the spiral staircase to the loft. « The virtual assistance at the front desk was extremely rude - stating she was super busy and will get to help us when she can. Our plug stopped working so microwave and toaster didn’t work. We had no internet thought the storm was over. No priorities and cleaners never came. Basically, it’s a fend do yourself type of place - good luck is anything happens someone will come help you. »

« Lovely condo in a well maintained complex. The location was ideal for us to explore Lake Tahoe from a quiet setting. We appreciated being able to walk to the restaurants within the complex for dinner rather than heading out again in the dark on unfamiliar mountain roads. The only problem we experienced was the lack of heat when we arrived. It was at 54 degrees and took 6 hours to reach a comfortable temperature. « Really nice place with great amenities. Good location and Host Diana was very responsive. Unfortunately, the snowy weather conditions did not cooperate with us and internet service went out in the entire Incline Village area cutting our access to Wi-Fi out. But that was no fault of our host. »
