« We had a wonderful time! Charlie and Yolanda were our hosts and they were amazing!There were 10 of us staying at the house and never once did we feel crowded. The home is exactly as pictured. We were also very thankful that we were able to bring our 2 dogs. The yard was totally fenced in and the dogs had as much fun as we did. The weather was a bit cool but the pool was 84 degrees and one of the highlights of our trip. The grandkids had a blast. The hot tub was a treat as well. You are close...

« The house was great, had everything we needed for a great weekend to the point where all we needed to bring was ourselves and groceries. Place was clean and had great amenities and atmosphere. Kitchen was well stocked with all the necessities of tools and cutlery. We really enjoyed using the grill and fire pit! Game room was awesome and most of our time inside was spent in there. « The hosts have really done a wonderful job in their barn conversion. Every area of it is cozy and warm, and put together rather nicely. The antiques on the wall and the bathtub with a large window to look out at the expansive property made it feel especially homey. It was also a really thoughtful touch to provide wood, as there are so many places around the property to light a great fire, both inside and out. »

« My family of 4 stayed at Alex’s farmhouse for 2 nights for Thanksgiving. Directions and check-in were clear and easy. The property is off a quiet dirt road and there is a scenic pond near the house and amazing views. Upon entering the glass room, we were pleased to see how beautiful it was with all the windows, exposed beams and slate wood burning fireplace. « Everything was great about the stay. Even though it was October the kids got to use the pool for two days. The hot tub was also enjoyed. Loved the fireplace. Everything was a distance but we knew that was the case. We enjoyed Fort Ticonderoga and going into VT to Rutland and Woodstock. We did the rail ride in Thurman and enjoyed timenin Lake George Village. We were there for Oktoberfest. We also enjoyed the outlets as the last stop before we left the area. It is definitely a place for relaxation...

« Very nice place. Beds were comfortable and the place was really roomy and clean. Would have like some instructions for the tv and hot tub, which never really heated up. The basement had a bad smell so we didn't go down there. We found wet cushions in a room down there, so they may have a leak somewhere. But the smell didn't get upstairs.Overall, it was a fun weekend, and we would definitely return. »
