However, it really could use some TLC & a really good cleaning of vents, ceiling fans, window blinds & walls as the built up dust was truly evident in so many of those areas. Primary shower needs better water pressure & draining. So close to so many great spots downtown! Just needs a bit more love. »

« This was a great spot! It’s tucked back from the street, so the place (and neighbors) were quiet and respectful. We were attending a conference at the Kentucky Convention Center, and this was a quick 9 minute walk down the street. A lot of the nearby shops have closed up, but we were able to get what we needed and could walk to several restaurants. The space itself worked great. It was clean and well maintained. If we need a stay in Louisville again, this place will be top of the list! »

« Our stay was awesome for The Run 4 Roses Classic AAU Basketball. Everything went well. The Nulu area is perfect. The purpose of my critique here is to take this apartment from a 3.8 star to a 5 star. Not to bash it. Communication with The Host was timely proactive and reactive. Clear info online pre-stay & effective directives & advice while there. Much appreciated. Parking was ample as advertised between regular family hours.
