« We had a great time at this cabin! It was comfortable, clean, and beautiful! The pictures don’t do this place justice. Our only regret is not booking for a longer stay. We will definitely be returning! »

« Had a lovely, relaxing couples trip and it was everything was wanted it to be. It was quiet and secluded, a bit of a bumpy road getting there, but worth what you find at the end! We really enjoyed the observation deck, views, nostalgic classic board game selection, and hot tub.The hosts did a great job of making sure everything we needed was available for a comfortable stay. »

« This was an amazing place to spend the evening/overnight on our National Park road trip. We stopped here between days spent in Harpers Ferry & Shenandoah National Park. The home is beautiful with plenty of space for the family to spread out. The hosts provided lots of special touches (like coffee & coffee filters) which were very convenient for those of us just passing through not wanting to buy groceries for a one-night stop. The only negative is that the AC doesn’t really cool the upstairs...

« Wonderful farmhouse with an amazing view. We enjoyed drinking our coffee on the large screened in front porch. Very clean. »

« We had a wonderful time! The kids loved the games available and the hot tub. My husband absolutely loved the fire pit and we had a great time at the lake. Will definitely be coming back. »

« The cottage is lovely, with modern kitchen and bath and charming furnishings throughout. Views are wonderful and the location is quiet, set well back from the road. The host is very prompt and courteous in communications. She went above and beyond the call of duty in helping us when I temporarily mislaid the key. »

« We had a wonderful 5-day getaway at the River Perch! The three kids spent hours on the river each day, we went tubing and kayaking, we got to see our dog enjoy her first real swims, and then we got to relax in the very cozy, very clean house with the beautiful front porch view of the Cacapon. Glenn made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay and was incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Highly recommend this spot for a trip away! »

« It was a great stay. No complaints! Great communication with the hosts before and during our stay. Very clean and just like the photos. The only comments not entirely positive (but worth noting because it was one of my deciding factors in booking this property) is that the hot tub was not clean enough for us to be comfortable using (it is in the woods and may have been pollen coming through the screens—but it was covered) and I think one of the queen sized mattresses does need to be replaced in...

« Lovely relaxing week. We were able to host close friends and family all week as well as to have a beautiful outdoor groom's dinner. The caretakers were so friendly and helpful leading up to our stay and throughout our time there!! »

« The cabin is an absolute gem, located in the mountains but within easy reach of groceries, restaurants, hiking, fishing, etc. The stay was spacious, clean, tidy, had plenty of entertainment options, and communication was timely. Would not hesitate to book again. »

« Everything was great! The property is beautiful and is such a peaceful retreat close to so many adventures. »

« The property is in excellent condition, and as described. The host is extremely responsive and provides fantastic detail about the property. Very quiet rural neighborhood down a gravel road. Fantastic views from the cabin. Only complaint is the king bed was overly firm and the frame was noisy. The comfort of the bed just didn't match the excellent quality of everything else in the property. We enjoyed the selection of DVDs, games, and jigsaw puzzles. »

« Amazing home with all the amenities and more! The host made everything so easy. Fast, accurate and thoughtful communication. Wonderful mountain retreat You feel like you’re a million miles away but a short drive away are groceries and a few restaurants. The pictures do not do it justice. »

« We stayed at this lovely property in Luray as a group of six while celebrating our daughter’s graduation in Harrisonburg, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The home was clean, spacious, and very comfortable – a great fit for our group.The large deck and hot tub were definite highlights and gave us a perfect place to relax in the evenings. The location was also ideal – close to Luray Caverns, a nice local park, and just a short drive from downtown. It made for a peaceful retreat while still...
