« The kitchen was perfect to have dinners with everyone! We BBQd, used the stove and oven. Had plenty of cooking utensils. The view was spectacular at any temperature and any time of day or night. We enjoyed sitting on the deck, inside and in the hot tub. When it got too warm, the air conditioning was awesome. Everything worked as described! »

« Very cute, Loved the porch for morning coffee. Wish there had been a second bathroom upstairs. At my age, it’s at least a couple trips down the stairs at night. Disappointing that there was no cable or whatever and internet was very slow so couldn’t really use the TV. But maybe it was just us. Didn’t really miss it that much. Would definitely stay again. During the remainder of our trip we kept saying how we miss the porch! »

« This vacation home, in the Shenandoah River valley, in John's River House, was one of the most relaxing, private, peaceful, CLEAN places I have EVER had the pleasure to visit! The pictures don't do it justice. The host thought of EVERYTHING from extra pillows ( the good kind; fluffy, fights allergens) to toothbrushes and toothpaste in case you forgot yours. « House was clean. Perfect location. Only "issue" (had nothing to do with the property) was the driveway was a little rough so a low sedan would have trouble getting there. Will definitely go back »
