« The house was easy to find and check-in was pretty easy (once we found the circuit breakers). The place was very clean, the living room was comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. Communication was good before we arrived, but a little challenging after our arrival. The beds were soft for us, but may be fine for others. There were some minor maintenance issues that we passed on to the owner, but nothing significant. »

« Property owner thinks they can keep all of your money even though a natural disaster happened during the time you were supposed to be there. So, basically, if the weather could kill you, you either take the chance of dying or have your money taken from you for absolutely nothing. Also, VRBO/Expedia states that there are exceptions for extenuating circumstances such as natural disasters. « Such a nice place for a cozy winter weekend escape!!! We had the best time unwinding after the holidays and skiing at camelback. Jocelyn was so quick to respond and let us check in early which was so sweet! The main room / kitchen area can get a tad cold (it was 12 at night and snowed) but there were tons of blankets and the hot tub fireplace were amazing!! 10/10 experience. »
