I don't recall reading this in the listing but it probably said this and I just missed it. Either way, the stay was amazing and the host was great and communicative. « There need to be instructions when you check in and out. There was nothing. We went down on Friday for Funeral for my husbands mother. We didn't get code for gate until after 4:00 didn't work. we spent half an hour trying to get in, they finally buzzed thru the gate. We had Rosary at 6:00, barely got there on time. We booked this 3 weeks ahead, when we got there master bed not made, someone's stuff in bathroom, toilet was dirty in two of the bathrooms. We had to look all over for everything....

Even had a bowl of water out for our dogs which got used instantly. Bedrooms and beds were comfortable. HVAC system was easy to control and kept home at our favorite temperature.
