« Rented this home for U of I graduation. It is conveniently located - just about 5 minute drive to campus. Neighborhood is quaint and quiet. House had ample space and the kitchen had adequate amenities. Plenty of bath towels, toilet paper, dishwasher soap, paper towels supplied. We hung out in the backyard which had a nice patio table and chairs. Charming house in a charming, walkable area. We would certainly stay here again. »

« This was my first Vrbo booking and I am shocked at how wonderful this property was. The house is in a beautiful neighborhood, with easy access to every part of Champaign and Urbana. The house was clean, extremely spacious and full of extra amenities including a large extra dining/gathering area off the kitchen, an enclosed patio room and multiple streaming services on the tv's. The host was quick to respond before my arrival and prompt with check in and check out instructions. I will definitely...

« We were in town for a family gathering. This home is located on a quiet country road yet close to shopping and restaurants. The home is absolutely beautiful, well appointed with all new appliances and furniture. The kitchen was fully stocked and the bedrooms were cozy and very comfortable. The large family room with great views of the golf course was perfect for entertaining. . Eric was a pleasure to work with and the check in process was simple. Can't wait to stay here again. »

« My friends and I needed a place to stay for a wedding downtown and this was the perfect place! We loved having a full bath on each of the 3 floors and appreciated how quiet and residential the area was. It was a 5-10 minute drive to everything we needed. We were able to get groceries nearby, walk to restaurants, and felt very safe. Finding parking was a breeze. The house itself was perfect for our needs. One thing to note is one of the "bedrooms" is located at the back of the top floor landing...

« This house is much bigger than it looks from the outside! Very clean! No bugs or unwanted critters, considering it is right next to a beautiful creek. The only thing we missed was having some ambient lighting, some table lamps or something other than the overhead lighting everywhere. But maybe theft has been a problem for the owner in the past (?) Also know that if you plan on arrive any earlier than 4pm, check in with the owner for permission, because the door will not open until EXACTLY 4pm....

« There were 8 of us and we all had a wonderful stay. The boat was a perk we really enjoyed! We fished, we cooked, we laughed. We saw deer, a coyote, lots of great blue herons. Some played pool and some played pacman while enjoying records on the turntable. Highly recommend this place! »
